Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and UniteGreen Trading LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") concerning your access to and use of the unitegreen.ae website and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Use of Services
License Grant
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include any right to resell or commercial use of the Services or its contents.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
- Violating or infringing upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
- Transmitting any viruses, malware, or other malicious code
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services
- Interfering with or disrupting the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services
- Using automated systems or software to extract data from the Services (web scraping)
- Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity
- Using the Services to transmit spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited communications
Account Registration
If you create an account on our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during registration or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, false, or misleading.

We make every effort to display our products and services as accurately as possible. All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products and services at any time. Product availability is not guaranteed and may vary. For wholesale pricing and bulk orders, please contact our sales team directly.
Orders and Payment
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. Payment terms and methods will be specified at the time of order. All sales are subject to our standard business terms and conditions which will be provided separately.
Intellectual Property
Our Rights
The Services and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by UniteGreen, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United Arab Emirates and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Trademarks
The UniteGreen name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of UniteGreen or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission. Other names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners.
User Content
If you submit, upload, or transmit any content through the Services ("User Content"), you:
- Retain ownership of your User Content
- Grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such User Content in connection with operating and providing the Services
- Represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Content
- Represent that the User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable for any reason.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNITEGREEN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL UNITEGREEN, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UniteGreen and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by UniteGreen. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that UniteGreen shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any third-party content, goods, or services.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Breach of these Terms
- Request by law enforcement or government agency
- Discontinuance or material modification of the Services
- Unexpected technical or security issues
- Extended periods of inactivity
- Engagement in fraudulent or illegal activities
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and UniteGreen concerning the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us.
